1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective AR/VR glasses. To be eligible:
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories provided at purchase.
2. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason, whether the product is defective or simply unwanted.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery to obtain approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our designated address via mail at your own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Costs and Fees
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label is not provided.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and any additional charges incurred during purchase are non-refundable. Refunds will cover only the product price.
