Commercial transactions made through this website are subject to the legislation in force in Spain, excluding any other national legislation and regardless of the buyer’s place of residence.
Concept of Consumer and User
The right of withdrawal shall be in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In particular, only the following are considered consumers and users:
- Natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business, trade, or professional activity.
- Legal persons and non-legal entities acting on a non-profit basis in an area unrelated to a commercial or business activity.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
If you are the final consumer recipient of the product, as provided by the LGDCU, you have up to 14 calendar days to return your purchase or part of it. The period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
If you have purchased multiple goods in the same order that were delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the last of those goods.
If you have purchased a good consisting of multiple components or parts, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the last component or part.
You may return any product without giving a reason or penalty, provided that it has not been used or unsealed from its original packaging. In case of withdrawal, we will arrange for collection of the goods, but the customer must bear the direct cost of return.
The refund, which will include the delivery costs charged at the time of sale, will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless you choose a different method, within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice.
The refund amount will be reduced by the cost of collecting the returned products, which includes the transport costs paid at the time of purchase plus customs clearance fees in case of international shipments.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased for integration into a production or commercial process and, therefore, not subject to the LGDCU.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We will collect the goods, and you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You will receive a return authorization and delivery note by email, which you must provide to the courier along with the item(s) to be returned.
Important: Without all the components in their original condition (i.e., exactly as received from armni market) or if the product shows clear signs of misuse, the return will not be accepted. You will then be responsible for both the collection of the product and the shipping costs.
We will send a courier service, at our expense, to pick up the item(s) in perfect packaging condition and with an additional protective box to avoid damage during transport.
Alternatively, you may ship the package yourself using the courier service of your choice. This option is not available for shipments outside of Spain.
The refund will be processed within the next 48 business hours after receiving the product(s), verifying their condition, and confirming everything is in order.
We will use the same payment method used for the purchase unless you choose another. You will receive an email confirmation, order cancellation, and refund notification. The time for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment method used.
